About us
We didn't start a supplement brand. We just got tired of feeling like strangers in our own bodies.
We have been finishing each other's sentences since we were kids growing up in Austin, Texas. We have also, for most of our adult lives, been bloated.
Not occasionally. Not after a big meal. Every single day.
It started in our mid twenties. That familiar tightness after breakfast. The way our jeans fit perfectly in the morning and felt unbearable by dinner. We went to doctors. Then other doctors. Then GI specialists who ran tests, found nothing, and told us to try cutting out gluten.
We cut out gluten. Still bloated.
We cut out dairy. Still bloated.
We cut out soy, then alcohol, then coffee. We did Whole30. We tracked everything we ate in an app for four months. We spent more money on elimination diets than we want to admit.
Still bloated. Every single day.
At some point you just accept it. You think this is just your body. This is just how you are.
That acceptance lasted until one of us fell down a research rabbit hole at 11pm on a Tuesday and discovered something nobody had mentioned in years of doctor visits and elimination diets.
Digestive enzymes.
Not just probiotics. Not just prebiotics. All three working together — probiotics to support the gut microbiome, prebiotics to feed them, and digestive enzymes to actually break down what you ate that day. The combination that makes everything work the way it was supposed to.
We felt stupid. Years of cutting things out. And the answer was just — our gut needed support. Not restrictions.
We tried every supplement we could find. Capsules we forgot to take. Powders that tasted awful. Products with one ingredient when we needed three.
Nothing was built the way we needed it.
So we built it ourselves.
Two mixed berry gummies. Probiotics, prebiotics and digestive enzymes — all three — in a format we would actually remember to take every morning. No capsules. No powder. No complicated routine. Just two gummies and get on with your day.
We called it Poof.
Because that is exactly what bloat does when your gut finally gets what it needs.
It disappears.
